Lara Devereux
Lara Devereux holds a Bachelor of Business Studies in Human Resources Management and began her consulting career in 1994.
With extensive experience in senior recruitment and leadership roles across both boutique and large corporate agencies, Lara possesses unparalleled expertise in specialist and executive search. Her deep knowledge spans all functions and industries, making her a trusted leader in the market.
In addition to her recruitment expertise, Lara is a seasoned career and outplacement coach, offering personalised guidance to help candidates navigate their career paths and excel in their job searches. Her pragmatic and comprehensive approach ensures both clients and candidates achieve their professional goals.

Rachel Clayton
Rachel is a highly experienced recruitment specialist with a background of several decades in sales within consumer organisations, global blue-chip, SME and now executive search consultancy. She holds a post-graduate qualification in business from the University of Auckland and has been a leader in sales and recruitment teams for much of her career.
By partnering with clients, she provides highly engaged talent acquisition services across various industries and disciplines, leveraging a deep understanding of her clients' organisational culture and strategic objectives. In addition, she has developed a comprehensive candidate coaching framework to support individuals navigating the job search process or transitioning in their careers.
Passionate about the FMCG sector, Rachel is an active member of the New Zealand Food and Grocery Council’s working groups. She currently sits on the talent & diversity group, contributing to the attraction, retention, and development of talent within our critical food and beverage sector.
